Booking an appointment at Astrovalpha is a simple, three-step process. First, you contact us by phone, email, or in person to describe your need and preferred time window. Second, our team confirms availability and assigns you a specific slot, typically within 48 hours of your request. Third, you arrive — and we are ready for you. There is no long queue, no vague waiting period, and no rebooking without good reason. We have handled appointments across a range of service types since 2018 and have developed a scheduling approach that keeps disruptions minimal. If your need changes before the appointment, we ask only for 24 hours' notice so we can reallocate the slot to another client.
What you receive when you book with us
Direct confirmation message
After booking, you receive a confirmation by SMS or phone call detailing the date, time, and what to bring or prepare. If anything changes on our end, you are notified immediately — not at the last minute.
Easy rescheduling
Life in Garissa is unpredictable. If you need to move your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours ahead and we will find an alternative slot without charging a rescheduling fee. We treat the relationship as more important than the booking.

We schedule appointments Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00. We do not offer Sunday slots or emergency same-day bookings outside our operating hours — if your need is urgent and falls outside these windows, we will do our best to advise you on the most suitable alternative in Garissa. Appointment capacity is limited to ensure each client receives proper attention, so we recommend booking at least three days in advance during peak periods.
